1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Any session cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged at the full session rate.

• Any session cancelled within 72 hours will be charged at 75% of the session rate.

• Any session cancelled within 7 days will be charged at 50% of the session rate.

• Every effort will be made to rearrange sessions with appropriate notice, subject to availability.

2. Professional Responsibility

• While every effort is made to provide high-quality consultancy, mentoring, and resources, no responsibility can be accepted for examination results, teaching outcomes, or actions taken by those who receive mentoring.

• All resources shared or created are provided for professional use only and should be applied at the teacher’s own discretion, in a manner appropriate for the students they teach.

3. Intellectual Property & Resource Use

• Resources and materials provided during consultancy sessions are for the professional use of the recipient only and must not be redistributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

• The consultancy accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of advice, mentoring, or resources provided.

5. Agreement
By booking a consultancy or mentoring session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
