3. Bookings & Payment
Bookings can be made by contacting us directly. Payment terms will be agreed upon in advance. Payments may be made through secure providers such as Squarespace, Stripe, or PayPal.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made with at least one weeks’ notice may be rescheduled without charge.
• Cancellations made with less than one weeks’ notice may incur a fee.
If suitable, an alternative time slot will be arranged
• No refunds will be given for no-shows.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during consultancy and training will be treated as confidential and not shared with third parties without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services provide professional educational support but do not replace official exam board or legal guidance. En Classe UK accepts no liability for outcomes beyond the scope of agreed services.
